Espacio en Blanco (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-first digital agency based in Mexico City. We build websites, web applications, and digital marketing strategies for businesses across Latin America and beyond.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Contact form

When you fill out our contact form you provide us with:

• Full name — to address you properly.
• Email address — to respond to your enquiry.
• Company name — optional, for context.
• Message — the details of your enquiry or project.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any special category data through this website.

2.2 Analytics data

We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our site. PostHog collects:

• Pages visited and navigation paths
• General device and browser type
• Approximate geographic region (country / city level — not precise location)
• Session duration and interaction events

This data is aggregated and pseudonymous. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

2.3 Hosting logs

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel’s infrastructure may automatically log standard server data including IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP status codes. This data is used solely for security and performance purposes and is governed by Vercel’s Privacy Policy.

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Analytics cookies set by PostHog to distinguish sessions and track interaction events. These are first-party cookies and do not track you across other websites.
• No advertising or retargeting cookies are set.

You can opt out of PostHog analytics at any time by disabling JavaScript or using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.

6. Data retention

• Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless we have an ongoing business relationship.
• Analytics data is retained according to PostHog’s own retention settings (default 7 years for event data; we review this periodically).
• Hosting logs are retained by Vercel according to their standard log-retention policies.

Under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Cancellation — request that we delete your personal data.
• Opposition — object to certain uses of your personal data.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS at all times. Contact form data is transmitted to our processors over encrypted connections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
